Job summary

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, manage guest inquiries, handle payments, and ensure a flawless first and last impression for every guest, reflecting Kempinski’s renowned service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in front desk roles.
• Experience in international, luxury five-star hotels preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests following Kempinski standards.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and handle special requests; assist with registration cards and upsell where possible.
• Process guest payments and balance accounts at checkout.
• Handle front office cash transactions, currency exchange, and balancing cash float at end of shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone or in person, provide information or refer to relevant staff.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping for late check-outs and early check-ins.
• Maintain neat working area and stay informed on hotel activities and room reservation procedures.
