• Register guests and assign rooms.

• Assist guests in completing registration cards.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services.
• Verify guest method of payment and follow credit-checking procedures.
• Process guest check-out and settle accounts.
• Handle front office cash transactions and currency exchange.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping for late check-outs and early arrivals.
