Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related front desk role.
• Experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Russian communication.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register guests, assign rooms and handle special requests.
• Process payments, balance cashiers and manage guest accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone or in person and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on late check-outs and early check-ins.
• Maintain neat work area and stay informed on hotel activities.
