• Process guest payments, balance cash, and handle cashier transactions.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone or in person and refer issues as appropriate.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping for late check-outs and early check-ins.
• Maintain knowledge of services and daily hotel activities.
• Keep the front desk area neat and organized.
