Job summary

OnTheList Limited is hiring an E-Commerce Manager (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai to lead its expansion into Saudi Arabia. You will define the e-commerce strategy and roadmap, oversee performance tracking, and own the product lifecycle across the region. The role requires over 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership position in the fashion industry. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and a strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus is preferred. This position offers hybrid working and exclusive brand discounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce, including 3 years in a senior role in fashion or luxury.
• Experience in omnichannel and digital transformation.
• Deep knowledge of GCC market nuances and logistics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a 3‑year e‑commerce roadmap for the region.
• Run performance tracking and reporting using KPIs.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle and trading decisions.
• Lead and develop the regional e‑com team.
