Job summary

Planet seeks a Customer Service Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to be the first point of contact for customers, shoppers and partners across voice and digital channels. You will own inquiries through resolution and collaborate across Operations to improve the Planet experience.

You will record every interaction, provide clear guidance, and escalate issues as needed, while maintaining privacy and security standards in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends/public holidays when required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and other digital enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance on Planet products, services, processes and policies.
• Listen carefully, understand the underlying need and tailor responses.
• Take ownership of complaints and service issues through to closure.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases through the correct channels.
• Record interactions accurately in Planet’s systems and maintain records for handovers and audits.
