Job summary

Concentrix in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor to deliver high-quality telephone support to existing and potential customers.

You will handle inbound calls, identify cross-selling opportunities, and resolve issues while maintaining service standards. The role requires 1 year contact center experience, bilingual English and Arabic, and good Excel skills. Working 8 hours daily, 5 days weekly in rotating shifts; full-time, on-site at ARE Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 1 year call/contact center experience in banking/financial/insurance/healthcare (telephonic preferred).
• Bilingual English (B2+) and Arabic.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient PC use; MS Excel formulas.
• Graduate preferred in any stream; combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
• Cheerful, patient, and courteous demeanor.
• Presentable with proactive and professional approach.
• Willing to work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers, prospects and non-customers while meeting call targets and quality standards.
• Provide high-quality customer service with accurate information and polite service, redirecting when appropriate.
• Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions.
• Continuously learn about products, services, and procedures.
• Participate in outbound calling programs and other projects as required.
• Handle projects/tasks requested by management and perform transactions accurately.
