Job summary

Shory in Dubai is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, translating goals into clear, actionable requirements for digital insurance products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and QA to ensure the delivery of high-quality features, and you will document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a tech/digital environment.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience creating business documentation, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements with stakeholders.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
Work with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA to drive solution delivery.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Support UAT and monitor post-implementation performance.
