You will work closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business teams to translate needs into clear user stories and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in business analysis, digital products, fintech or banking.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams throughout development and release cycle.
• Analyse user feedback and recommend platform enhancement.

We are looking for a Digital Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Al Ramz’s digital platforms. This role will work closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business teams to gather requirements, improve customer journeys, support testing, and ensure our digital solutions align with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirement
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specification
• Support platform enhancements, customer experience improvements, and process optimisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Products, FinTech, Banking, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of requirements gathering, UAT, digital platforms, and customer journey
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skill
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Scrum, or related tools is an advantage
