Job summary

Finanshels Accounting Technologies LLC is seeking an AI-native Pre-sales Executive fluent in Arabic to own the front of the sales funnel across the UAE and wider MENA. You will qualify inbound and outbound interest, run discovery, map needs to Finanshels services, prepare proposals, and support the closing team.

You will collaborate with accounting, tax and CFO teams, maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, and use AI to research and draft notes, proposals, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Native or fully fluent Arabic (spoken and written) AND strong business English.
• 2-5 years in pre-sales, inside sales, consultative sales or account management in B2B services or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Be the first professional conversation for Arabic-speaking prospects - inbound leads, WhatsApp, calls, events and referrals.
• Run structured discovery to understand the business, entities, volumes, compliance needs and pain points.
• Translate needs into a recommended solution and scope; prepare clear proposals and pricing in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and CFO teams to validate scope before quoting.
• Move qualified opportunities into the pipeline and support the closing team to signature; hand off to operations.
• Keep CRM (Zoho) records accurate - stages, notes, next steps, activity logging.
• Represent Finanshels at events and via content/webinars for the Arabic-speaking market.
• Use AI to prepare research, meeting notes, proposals, and follow-up sequences.
