Job summary

Terracotta Outsourcing in Dubai, UAE, seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join an international banking environment. The role is on-site in Dubai and focuses on client servicing, onboarding, and day-to-day account activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of capital markets, and fluency in English and Arabic to support relationships with clients and colleagues within the DIFC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking/wealth management.
• Experience with an international bank operating in DIFC.
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in client onboarding and KYC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship/Wealth Managers with daily client servicing.
• Process and monitor client transactions, including securities and payments.
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back-office for timely execution of instructions.
• Support client onboarding, account openings/closures, and KYC documentation.
• Monitor client balances, transactions, renewals, and pending items.
• Assist with credit approvals, loan drawdowns, and renewals.
• Prepare and coordinate subscription, redemption, and loan documentation.
• Handle client requests and inquiries, escalating when needed.
• Ensure all client activities comply with the Bank’s policies.
