Job summary

QIMA Techhub Limited is seeking a motivated sales-focused professional in Dubai to engage potential clients via electronic channels and phone, presenting the company’s products and services, and handling inquiries.

You will nurture client relationships, assess needs, and drive conversions through social media and digital channels, while collaborating with the marketing team to achieve growth and renewals. Arabic as primary language is valued; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Arabic is the primary language and you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in social media and digital channels.
• Must possess a strong sales mindset to engage with clients and achieve objectives.
• Good skills in persuasion, negotiation, and customer service.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently while being part of a team.
• Experience in sales or financial services or investments is an added advantage but not required.
• Experience in content creation or short videos or live broadcasting is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates without prior content creation experience can apply if they have strong sales/communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via electronic channels and phone, introducing the company’s products and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor clients, understand their needs, evaluate suitable products/services, and convert leads to customers.
• Maintain client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and support renewals and engagement.
• Contribute to client acquisition through social media platforms and digital channels.
• Assist in preparing digital content, such as short video clips and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support client acquisition and business goals.
