Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to engage with potential clients through electronic channels and calls, presenting Tanqeeb's products and services, and handling inquiries.

You will monitor client needs, convert prospects to clients, and nurture relationships to drive renewals and engagement. Experience in sales or financial services is a plus, with opportunities in content creation and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Arabic as the primary language with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen on social media and digital channels.
• Strong sales mindset to engage clients and achieve objectives.
• Good persuasion and negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently while being part of a team.
• Experience in sales or financial services or investments is an added advantage.

• Monitoring clients and understanding their needs, evaluating suitable products and services, and working on converting potential clients into actual clients to achieve business objectives.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients, monitoring their satisfaction and needs, and supporting renewal and engagement efforts.
• Contributing to client acquisition and interacting with them through social media platforms and digital channels.
• Assisting in preparing digital content, such as short video clips and promotional content, according to the company’s needs.
