Qualifications

• Arabic is the primary language; requires excellent communication with clients.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with strong interest in social media and digital channels.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to understand client needs to achieve business objectives.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently while contributing to a team.
• Sales or financial services or investments experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in content creation, short videos, live broadcasting or on-camera appearances is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and follow up through electronic channels and phone calls, providing information about products and services and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor clients, understand their needs, evaluate suitable products/services, and convert prospects into active clients to meet company objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, monitor satisfaction, and support renewal and participation processes.
• Contribute to client acquisition and interact with them via social media platforms and digital channels.
• Assist in preparing digital content, such as short video clips and promotional content, per company needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client acquisition and achieve business goals.
