Job summary

A diploma or apprenticeship in Food Production with pastry specialization is required, with at least 2 years as Commis Chef or 1 year as apprentice in a larger operation.

Qualifications

• apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Commis Chef or 1 year as apprentice in larger operation.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

Responsibilities
