Job summary

Odoo in Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive scalable growth through data-driven campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will own acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through testing, optimization, and cross-channel initiatives.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in running Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication.
