Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Arabic Copywriter & Program Manager to join a leading live events and cultural management organisation. The role blends elite Arabic copywriting with end-to-end programme delivery, coordinating high-level content and major cultural initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage executive speechwriting, public communications, and national identity projects in alignment with the UAE’s cultural strategy, engaging government stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language & Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or Cultural Studies.
• 8+ years in Arabic content development, media, or cultural program management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or managerial-track role.
• Native-level Classical Arabic (Fusha) with executive speechwriting and editorial portfolio; fluent English.
• Proven UAE cultural sector or government/academic publishing network.

Responsabilités

• Draft executive-level Arabic speeches, statements, op-eds, press releases, media interviews, and formal correspondence.
• Oversee annual literary, publishing, translation, and authorship programs with UAE partners.
• Lead national identity and community outreach initiatives aligned with UAE cultural strategy.
