Black Pearl Consult seeks an experienced Arabic Copywriter & Program Manager to lead executive Arabic content and oversee national cultural programs in Abu Dhabi. The role blends elite copywriting with end-to-end program delivery, government relations, and strategic national initiatives.

The candidate will manage speeches, publications, and multi-channel content while coordinating major literary and community engagement projects aligned with UAE cultural strategy.

Qualifications

• Arabic copywriting and executive speechwriting experience.
• Experience in cultural program management and events.
• Strong English communication skills are a plus.
• Proven track record with government cultural entities or similar institutions.

Responsabilités

• High-Level Executive Copywriting & Content Creation for speeches, op-eds, press releases and publications.
• Oversee literary, publishing, translation and authorship programs with UAE partners.
• Design and measure community outreach and national identity initiatives.
