Job summary

Black Pearl is seeking a Content Creator in Dubai to craft compelling bilingual content in Arabic and English for social media, websites, newsletters and press releases within the UAE government/public sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication roles, preferably in government or utilities sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and translating skills in both languages.
• Experience with social media, CMS, and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
