Job summary

AIQU seeks an Application Support Engineer for its Dubai team to provide technical and non-technical support for web and mobile apps, ensuring high availability and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor system health and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include handling tickets within SLAs, troubleshooting IIS/SQL, deploying updates, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in application support or related IT role.
• Strong knowledge of web application architectures and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Proficient in SQL and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent support framework knowledge
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or MCSE certifications

• Scripting skills PowerShell Bash for automation
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools e g New Relic AppDynamics
• Experience with containerization Docker or CI CD pipelines
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
