Job summary

Api Energy FZC in Dubai is seeking a dynamic HVACR Application Engineer to support business development and project execution. You will lead generation, prepare techno-commercial offers, and coordinate from inquiry to order.

You will design HVACR systems, perform heat load calculations, select equipment, prepare technical submittals, and assist in client meetings and negotiations to convert inquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in HVACR application engineering or technical sales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.
• Strong understanding of HVACR systems, heat load calculations, and equipment selection.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development in HVACR projects.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and tender documents; prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and costing.
• Prepare HVACR system schematics and detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation and compliance statements; address queries.
• Conduct sales follow-ups and support negotiations to convert inquiries into orders.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented strong HVACR Application Engineer strong to support business development and project execution activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation technical estimation quotation preparation system design and coordination from inquiry stage through order booking

Key Responsibilities

• strong 1 Business Development Lead Generation strong Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVACR projects Track market trends consultants contractors and end-user requirements Participate in client meetings and technical discussions strong
• strong 2 Estimation Quotation Preparation strong Review RFQs RFPs and tender documents Prepare techno-commercial offers based on project specifications Perform heat load calculations equipment selection and costing Coordinate with suppliers vendors for pricing and technical inputs strong
• strong 3 System Design Engineering strong Prepare HVACR system schematics and technical layouts Develop detailed drawings in AutoCAD Ensure design compliance with project specifications and applicable standards Optimize system design for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness strong
• strong 4 Technical Submittals Compliance strong Prepare and submit technical documentation data sheets GA drawings and compliance statements Address consultant and client technical queries Ensure adherence to project standards and regulatory requirements strong
