Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to develop detailed HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. You will use CAD and BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks to produce layouts and 3D models while coordinating with architecture and structural teams.

You will conduct calculations, verify performance, and revise designs to meet codes, client feedback, and project requirements. Site visits and collaboration with contractors are part of the role to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience with a consultant.
