Job summary

iSTYLE UAE in Dubai seeks a Certified Technician responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Apple products, while managing spare parts and ensuring proper documentation of each job.

You will assist customers, manage multiple repair jobs, test hardware and software, and maintain accurate worksheets. The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience; strong communication and sales-floor presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain Apple products while managing spare parts and documenting work progress.
• Promote customer service excellence and attend to customers’ needs on the shop floor.
• Provide technical support and ensure quick solutions per Apple guidelines.
• Manage repair jobs and preparation of refurbished iPhones and other Apple devices with up-to-date worksheets.
• Evaluate system configuration and software updates to optimize hardware resources.
• Capture required information from customers and create accurate forms.
• Handle walk-in units and retailers and update the database accordingly.
• Manage retailer accounts and Apple spare parts inventory, including recalled items.
• Handle payment transactions and prepare related reports.
• Answer calls from customers and partners promptly and professionally.
• Keep workstation tidy and organized and support new apps and tools launches.
• Submit periodic reports to management and stay updated with Apple troubleshooting articles.
