Midis Group in Dubai is seeking a Certified Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple products, while managing spare parts and supporting new releases. You will assist customers and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes strong on-floor presence, practical technical support, efficient repair workflow, and diligent reporting. You will keep worksheets up-to-date, handle retailer inquiries, manage inventory, and stay current with Apple troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence driving sales and delivering customer service excellence.
• Provide practical technical support and quick solutions per Apple's guidelines.
• Efficiently manage repair jobs and refurbishment preparation, keeping worksheets up-to-date and notifying customers of progress.
• Evaluate system configuration and software updates to optimize hardware resources.
• Capture customer information and create accurate forms.
• Accept walk-in units from customers/retailers and update the database accordingly.
• Manage high-volume retailer accounts or multiple small-volume retailer accounts.
• Manage Apple spare parts and inventory while testing and sorting recalled parts and devices.
• Handle payment transactions and related reports.
• Receive incoming calls from customers, DHL and others and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and center.
• Support the launch of new applications, services and tools.
• Submit periodic reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with Apple troubleshooting articles, operating procedures, and service news.
