As an API Platform Engineer supporting Dicetek in the UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise API platform architecture, gateway management, banking service domain integration, and cloud-native deployments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, securing, and maintaining enterprise API gateways utilizing Kong, Apigee, Azure API Management, or equivalent platforms, implementing banking API architectures aligned with BIAN standards and major digital banking transformation initiatives, authoring and publishing OpenAPI and AsyncAPI specifications for standardized microservices integration, securing API endpoints utilizing modern authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), provisioning and managing containerized deployment environments utilizing Kubernetes and OpenShift, authoring and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates and CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing Git, collaborating closely with cross-functional software architects, business analysts, and security squads, integrating approved AI engineering tools to accelerate API development and troubleshooting, and managing application requirements by sending your updated CV via direct email to Vinita S Divekar at [e-mail].
