Detailed Job Description

As a DevSecOps Engineer / Platform Security Engineer supporting Lean Core Banking transformation in Abu Dhabi, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of secure delivery pipelines, DevSecOps controls, automated security scanning, and platform hardening. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, managing Kubernetes and OpenShift container orchestration security, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) governance, integrating approved AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot), code quality suites, and automated security platforms, and collaborating with banking compliance and development squads. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and security engineering skills to resolve complex pipeline vulnerabilities and maintain rigorous service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 7-12+ years regulated banking experience and DevSecOps requirements.
