Detailed Job Description

As an Infrastructure and Platform Engineer supporting a major banking client in Abu Dhabi with Iconic IT Consulting Service LLC, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of cloud-native platform engineering, infrastructure automation, resilience management, and AI-assisted operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and operating Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and integration infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation, managing availability, scaling, backup and disaster recovery, supporting observability and capacity management, and hardening environments. Furthermore, you will utilize AI-assisted operations for log analysis, incident correlation, runbook support, and infrastructure-code review under controlled access.
