Responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor sales plans aligned with Etihad’s strategy.
• Lead strategic initiatives to meet sales targets within budget and timeline.
• Direct and prioritize regional selling activities, including resource deployment and channel strategy.
• Champion standardized regional processes and cascading sales guidelines for consistent customer interactions.
• Define and lead implementation of new sales techniques and resource allocation to grow revenue.
• Flag major risks to senior leadership with proposed solutions.
• Inspire and coach regional teams, developing leadership and professional skills.
• Review sales performance using data-led insights to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Build and maintain a trusted network with decision-makers in customers and industry bodies.
