Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior UAE National to define the commercial approach for the APAC region and lead an international sales force to meet targets. The role requires relocation to APAC, with full relocation support provided.

Successful candidates should have extensive aviation industry experience and at least 5 years in senior leadership, managing diverse teams across multiple countries. UAE national only. Relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or relevant Commercial & analytical work experience.
• 8-10 years’ experience in the aviation industry.
• At least 5 years in a Senior role with proven relationship management at senior levels across multiple countries.
• Ability to execute and deliver against business goals consistently driving profitability and revenue.
• Innovation and creativity in a fast-moving environment.
• Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor short and long-term sales plans aligned with Etihad’s strategy.
• Lead strategic initiatives to meet sales targets within the region.
• Direct and prioritize selling activities across the region with resource deployment and channel strategy.
• Champion standardization of regional processes and ensure consistent customer interactions.
• Define and implement new sales techniques and resource allocation to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify and address major risks affecting sales results and communicate with senior leadership.
• Lead and coach regional teams, providing feedback to develop leadership and skills.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor sales performance and rewards for sales objectives.
• Leverage networks with key decision-makers in customers, stakeholders and industry bodies.

Education
