Job summary

Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead defined global airports in a region. You will plan, direct and optimize operations to meet safety, security, quality and customer service targets while driving financial performance and workforce development.

The role requires someone who can manage multiple airports through a network of area managers, maintain stakeholder relationships, and deliver sustainable improvements in operational standards.

Qualifications

• Degree level education required.
• Minimum 10 years airline and/or GHA experience, including 5 years in an Airport Management capacity or Airports head office management role.
• Previous international assignment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of high customer service standards across the region’s airports to ensure best guest experience.
• Oversee safety, security, quality and operations targets at regional level with SLA alignment.
• Manage regional budgets and workforce, optimize resource use across airports.
• Plan station start-ups, service changes, terminal changes and flight schedule changes to meet business plans.
