Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Alliances Specialist - Incentive in Dubai to drive alliance execution and enablement across partner programs. You will coordinate with partners, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely joint initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in technology or services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes.
• Experience preparing and maintaining operational materials such as trackers, presentations, or reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders in structured, professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of alliance plans aligned to defined partner strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate with alliance partners to support joint initiatives such as go to market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment.
• Act as an operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams.
• Track and maintain alliance related data including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics.
• Support development of partner materials such as presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance.
• Assist with preparation for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions.
• Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership with clear context and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support partner involvement in customer opportunities.
