Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Outlet Manager - All Day Dining to lead a busy All Day Dining restaurant and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise a high-performing F&B team, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency and brand standards.

The role focuses on resource planning, coaching the team, and collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine to optimize menus, pricing and promotions while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing a busy All Day Dining restaurant with significant guest volume.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and current industry trends.
• Guest-focused with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, including service delivery, team leadership, QA, and guest engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams while leading by example.
• Strong commercial awareness to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy All Day Dining restaurant.
• Plan resources, workforce, and staff schedules.
• Mentor and train the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs and quality measures are followed.
• Drive employee engagement and align roles with hotel goals.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on menus and promotions.
• Maintain strong communication with kitchen for quality and consistency.
• Monitor guest feedback and outlet performance for improvements.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Control inventory, costs and uphold health and safety standards.
