Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a General Manager for our standalone restaurant/beach club, leading guest experiences and F&B operations.

You will supervise service standards, mentor the team, collaborate with the chef on menus and pricing, and drive satisfaction through high-quality hospitality. The role requires a service-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage resources and budgets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager for a standalone restaurant or beach club.
• Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
