Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead Wynn Oasis Dining – Service. You will ensure high‑quality meals, efficient service, and a welcoming environment aligned with Wynn’s hospitality standards.

You will coach and develop diverse, multicultural teams, conduct trainings, and manage budgets, scheduling, and cost controls across multiple dining concepts while upholding HACCP and UAE health regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse, multicultural teams in high‑volume environments.
• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and conducting structured training programs to maintain service excellence.
• Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards.
• Understanding dining service procedures, buffet and à la carte setups, and staff meal planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address staff dining preferences, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction and well‑being.

• Maintain open, respectful, multicultural communication with staff, management, and contractors to foster harmony.
• Supervise dining outlets supervisors, waiters, F&B attendants, and support staff; monitor appearance and etiquette.
