Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front desk role.
• Experience in corporate or customer service environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Verify guest eligibility and process lounge access using airline systems, membership cards, boarding passes or vouchers.
• Check in guests accurately and maintain records of lounge usage.
• Provide information about lounge facilities, services, flight updates and boarding procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly; escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with airline representatives and lounge operations teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest entry in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Assist with administrative tasks including preparing daily reports and maintaining guest records.
• Process payments for paid lounge access where applicable and reconcile transactions accurately.
• Comply with airport security regulations, company policies and health safety standards.
• Support other lounge operations as required to ensure excellent guest experience.
