Qualifications

• Must have sound troubleshooting experience.
• Must be able to prioritize and delegate daily operational tasks and manpower plan.
• Must be able to rectify operational issues under strict time constraints.
• Must be able to delegate tasks to technicians to achieve daily maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to use, navigate and utilize the relevant aircraft maintenance manuals.
• Must highlight and update in a timely manner any operational issues that may impact the daily scheduled maintenance tasks and have a resolution plan ready.
