Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure continuity of work.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Adjust, repair or replace defective components using tools and test equipment.
• Examine calibration on installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.
• Add test flight control components and hydraulics under test conditions.
• Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft systems and components.
• Review maintenance forms and records for complete documentation.
• Provide status reports to supervisor and stakeholders.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to technicians and senior technicians.
