Job summary

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the aviation maintenance workshop and ensure high aircraft readiness. You will coordinate with shop supervisors, manage work orders, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with maintenance standards.

The role requires supervising daily operations, planning resources, and maintaining essential records. Experience in aviation maintenance and TAMMS familiarity is expected for this position, based in the UAE

Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day workshop maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate servicing and repair techniques with shop supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day to day workshop’s maintenance operation.
• Coordinates with shop supervisors on servicing & repair techniques according to directives and manuals.
• Distributes and monitors all work orders assigned to the shops.
• Maintains and updates personnel files and records.
• Prepares evaluations and reports; ensures TAMMS records are accurate.
