Job summary

GAL in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Manager – Aviation Maintenance to lead aircraft maintenance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep our fleet mission-ready. You will oversee all maintenance activities, mentor technicians and team leads, drive airworthiness standards, and collaborate across functions to minimize downtime while upholding the highest safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Aviation Maintenance Management, A&P or equivalent, 10+ years of maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Management or related field.
• 10+ years of aviation maintenance experience, military aviation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Team Leads and maintenance staff; conduct evaluations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee inspections and overhauls to keep aircraft airworthy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, ADs, SBs, and manuals.
