Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/Soft Bank/Deep Mind team and backed by world-leading investors. We are seeking experienced K-12 educators to train an AI by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across curricula, parent communications, and improvement plans.

The role offers flexible, remote work with an ASAP start date and a compensation rate of $80 per hour for 5 to 20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (unit plans, curriculum maps, parent communications, progress narratives).
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with Ethos and AI researchers to ensure instructional design quality.
