Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop workflows for unit/lesson plans, pacing guides, and curriculum maps.
• Support parent communications, progress narratives, and school improvement materials.
