Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced K-12 educators to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role offers a flexible remote schedule at 5–20 hours per week with compensation at $80/hour, starting ASAP.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration, with ownership of curriculum planning and strong document design skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows (plans, maps, notes, reports, and development materials).
• Collaborate closely with Ethos educators and partners to ensure quality and consistency.
