Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in K-12 teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration, strong fluency in instructional design, and expert-level document/craftsmanship across documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (lesson plans, curriculum maps, parent conference notes, progress narratives, classroom management plans, PD materials).
