Job summary

Datamaze.ai is seeking a Sales & Solutions Associate to turn university skills into customer value. You will research target accounts, conduct discovery with business leaders, and map solutions with senior engineers. Expect a fast-paced, learning-heavy environment that strengthens sales, technical credibility, and cloud analytics/security expertise.

You'll stay current on AI, data analytics, and security trends while achieving KPIs and building relationships with clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months in Business, Marketing, CS, Info Security, Data Science, or related field.
• Internship/capstone/campus role involved lead generation or pitching to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative to meet goals or KPIs (e.g., sponsorship targets).
• Strong verbal and written skills; translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable initiating conversations via phone, email, and social media; able to present to small groups.
• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline-tracking tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for creating presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Foundational understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud, and security concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of work time.
• Eligible to work in the country of employment and available to start soon.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and multi-channel outreach; capture all interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify AI/data analytics, cloud and security challenges and business objectives.
• Convert discovery insights into one-page solution briefs and preliminary diagrams with engineers.
• Drive pipeline through timely follow-ups and event networking; coordinate advanced technical sessions.
• Stay updated on AI/ML, cloud-security and data-analytics trends to maintain credibility.
• Report weekly activity and KPI progress to help refine service offerings.
