Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Security Advisor to guide security outcomes for strategic customers. You design ASPs, burn curves, and architecture plans, lead executive reviews, and drive value through post-sales engagement in a security-first, AI-enabled environment.

You'll work across SRE, security engineering, and customer success to map business goals to risk-driven security improvements, with emphasis on MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and Zero Trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security consulting, cloud security, or security leadership
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with measurable retention/expansion impact
• Experience designing enterprise security architectures across hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Experience running QBRs/EBRs linking decisions to risk reduction and business value
• Automation and AI tool usage experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect the Security Account Success Plan (ASP) and Burn Curve
• Build the Account Success Plan with executive sponsors aligned to business objectives
• Design target-state security architecture mapped to environment, risk appetite, and compliance obligations
• Conduct security gap analyses and architecture reviews; design reference architectures for workload rollouts
• Lead monthly value reviews, QBRs, and EBRs tying telemetry to risk reduction and business impact
• Identify expansion opportunities based on realized value and security maturity progression
• Manage renewal health with Get-well Plans and architecture remediation paths
