Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai seeks an experienced AI Product Leader to define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog across enterprise insurance processes.

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and architects to design AI workflows, governance, and adoption plans, aligning initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/data science or related discipline.
• 8–12 years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or AI Solutions.
• Minimum 5 years within Insurance.
• Strong technical skills in AI and Generative AI.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG required.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Identify use cases delivering measurable business value.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and architects on AI workflows.
• Establish governance, explainability, and risk management for AI.

1 AI Product Strategy Roadmap

Define and own the AI product vision roadmap and backlog Identify use cases that deliver measurable business value Prioritise AI initiatives based on ROI business impact complexity and risk Align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives Create business cases and value-realisation frameworks

2 AI Solution Design

Work closely with engineers architects and data scientists to define AI workflowsAgent orchestration Design multi-agent workflows for insurance processes Prompt engineering requirementsRAG architecture requirements Design enterprise RAG architecturesHuman-in-the-loop controlsExplainability requirementsDecision-making workflows

3 Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership in following areas LLMs and GenAI architectureAgentic AI frameworks and components such as Langraph Transformer and MCPRAG architecturesPrompt engineeringVector databases

4 Data AI Governance
