The role requires 8–12 years in product management, digital transformation, or AI, with deep knowledge of insurance processes, APIs, LLMs, and cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
• Identify AI use cases delivering measurable value.
• Rank initiatives by return, impact, complexity, relevance, and risk.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and value-realisation measures.
• Translate requirements from underwriting, claims, CS, finance, ops, and distribution into AI products.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and data scientists on AI workflows.
