Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC seeks an experienced AI Product Owner to lead development and implementation of AI-powered insurance products and automation across underwriting, claims, customer service, operations, finance, and distribution.

You will work with business teams, data scientists, engineers, and external AI vendors to identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and deliver AI solutions with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, AI Solutions, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience delivering or implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across insurance operations.
• Prioritise initiatives based on value, ROI, complexity, and risk.
• Align AI initiatives with business strategy and develop business cases.
• Provide product and technical direction across AI technologies and governance.
