Good co India is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager in the UAE to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, UX/UI, and security to deliver scalable GenAI solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI/GenAI use cases based on customer needs, commercial potential, technical feasibility, risk, and ROI.
• Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through MVP, launch, scaling, optimization, and retirement.
• Lead development of AI-powered products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, conversational AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Translate customer and business requirements into product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, ML, UX/UI, architecture, cybersecurity, legal, sales, and operations teams to deliver AI products.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, POCs, MVPs, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
• Establish product KPIs covering adoption, engagement, conversion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, cost, customer satisfaction, and business ROI.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and evaluate AI platforms, models, vendors, technology partners, and third-party solutions.
• Ensure AI products are designed for scalability, security, data privacy, responsible AI, compliance, and governance.
• Develop business cases, financial models, pricing/monetization strategies, and value-realization frameworks for AI products.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, product launches, customer adoption, positioning, and commercialization.
• Present product strategy, investment cases, roadmap, performance, and risks to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional product and AI teams, mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, and AI specialists.
• Establish product management standards, operating rhythms, Agile practices, and portfolio governance.
• Continuously monitor AI market trends, competitor products, emerging foundation models, and new GenAI capabilities to maintain competitive advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, AI Product Management, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Software/SaaS Product Development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling technology or AI-powered products from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and AI-enabled automation.
• Experience translating complex business problems into AI product opportunities, roadmaps, MVPs, and scalable products.
• Strong knowledge of AI product lifecycle management, product discovery, user research, experimentation, Agile/Scrum, and product analytics.
• Ability to work credibly with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, and engineering leadership and understand technical trade-offs.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, model performance, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, AI APIs, and cloud AI platforms.
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in business case development, ROI, pricing, monetization, GTM strategy, and value realization.
• Experience with product KPIs, OKRs, A/B testing, analytics, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory requirements, and AI risk management.
• Experience with vendor management, partnerships, build-vs-buy decisions, and third-party AI platforms.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• UAE/GCC experience and knowledge of regional customer needs, regulations, and enterprise buying environments is an advantage.
• Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, government, telecom, retail, or other regulated sectors is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM or Master's degree in Product Management, Business, Technology Management, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI/GenAI, Product Management, Cloud, Agile/Scrum, Digital Transformation, or Project Management are advantageous.
