Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to launch, work on roadmaps, and refine AI-generated outputs.

This role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, with compensation of $80/hour. Start date ASAP. Strong emphasis on documentation craftsmanship and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs and launches.
• Experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, shaping shipped product decisions.
• Create and refine roadmaps, feature launches, and exec/stakeholder update decks.
